Mike Tyson has dropped a large 100 kilos for his boxing comeback by going vegan.
Tyson, 54, returns to the ring this Saturday when he faces fellow boxing legend Roy Jones Jr in an exhibition bout.
He is ditched meat from his eating regimen for his return and likewise spent as much as TWO hours on the treadmill after recommendation from his spouse.
Talking on Good Morning America, he mentioned: “It was troublesome, however just for one specific purpose: as a result of I needed to lose 100 kilos.

When requested how he misplaced all that weight, he replied: “I grew to become a vegan.”

No knockouts are allowed with Tyson insisting he’ll be defending himself always.

As for Jones Jr, the 51-year-old final fought in 2018 when he outpointed Scott Sigmon.
